Spend Management in the Nursery
It seems that every couple of days, I'm coming across a new blog that I enjoy spending time staying current with. Pretty soon, I won't have time for my print publications anymore, except on flights. One of these new blogs that I'm enjoying is authored by Justin Sullivan, an Ariba employee. In particular, Justin's post on Spend Management and category procurement strategies for diapers hit home, as we're expecting an increase in demand in our household for this item in the coming months. When we enter a slow period of Spend Management summer news in July or August, I'll plan to spend a couple of posts on other tactics for maximizing the utility of nursery and baby-related purchases.
