Assessing and Building Spend Management Talent

When I talk to procurement and supply chain executives, the talent question is coming up first and foremost in nearly every discussion I have these days. Last fall, I gave a talk at a Best Practices Exchange roundtable discussion in Chicago that examined the talent issue. But I was not alone that day in tackling the topic.
